How it works

Add tracking input day by day to build daily experience into a reliable overview.
Plan design
- Make the input as simple as you like, eg click YES or NO.
- Or use more fine grained textual / visual / numeric input.
Add input as time goes by
- See your charts grow, your responses develop.
- Share your progress if you like.
Stop when you are done.
- Archive your charts and blogs for future reference or just delete them.
And then?
Enable others to re-use your plans
- Add useful reference material.
- Select which specific components you want to include.
Upgrade for group tracking
- Group leader tracks group members, or members track each other.
- Track something together a team. For example, who fed the cat?
